Returns & refunds

If you are not satisfy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days from the day of purchase. You must contact us for a RMA number before you ship back the item and must include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories.  Return shipment must with tracking number.  Pasocon Lab will not responsible for any lost shipment nor return shipment cost.  Refund only limited to the product value or less if anything is missing from the original packing.  Overloaded, mis-used, physical damage on the scales are not covered by the warranty.  Pasocon Lab has the final decision on the product is covered by the warranty or not.  If it is warrantable, it is up to Pasocon's decision to repair, or replace the product.

Shipping

We will try our best to ship your order in 1 - 2 days after you placed your order.  You can either ship with your prefered courier account or Prepaid and charge.

We accept Paypal & Interac e-transfer.

All scales come with one year limited warranty.  If you encounter any problem with our products, please contact us for technical support first.
